About Us

     Heng Lee Sauce Sdn Bhd was established in the year 1971 and is located strategically in the heart of the city of Penang Island.   Heng Lee Sauce was founded by Mr Boey Lee Weng at his early age of 21. He paddles around with his bicycle to sell the soy sauce; the householders at the surrounding will be bringing their own glass bottles to fill the soy sauce. With the efforts and hard work of both the husband and wife, working day and night, the business grows….. The popularity & demand increases lead to the formulation of others sauces and the “Rose Brand” was born.   We adhere to the traditional natural fermentation brewed using the finest natural ingredients as we believe that only the “traditional methods” can produce the “traditional products”.   With our insistence in product quality, we will be very careful in the selection of beans process, only the best quality will be selected and by using a higher proportion of soybeans in the brewing process, we managed to get a fragrant soy aroma which having the best taste and smell.   Besides, we do employ a strict compliance in every single stage of manufacturing process to ensure the best product quality and hygienic manufacturing conditions achieved. With our commitment throughout, we acknowledged with certificates, e.g. Halal certificate and MESTI from Malaysia’s governing bodies. We obtained our halal-certified since 2001 by authorized Islamic authorities and also tested and approved by the Ministry of Health.   The “Rose Brand” had become a symbolic of trusted quality of soy sauce throughout the island to the whole Malaysia, and the business then expanded to the neighbouring country namely Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia; and we are keeping on the expansion.   In order to fulfil the needs of cooking, we are providing the most demanded sauces and condiments to kitchens & homes. We are having around 50 types of sauces to suit their different needs. 关于我们   恒利酱有限公司立于1971年,位于槟城岛的中心地带。 当初的梅老先生年纪仅有21岁的时候和妻子共同努力下开始创业,刚开始梅老先生骑着自行车挨家挨户地卖酱油,而居民们都会自带玻璃瓶来买。经梅老先生日以继夜地苦心钻研,以及不辞辛劳地经营奠定良好口碑,随着人气和需求增加,其他配方的酱料也随之诞生,生意也蒸蒸日上,成就了如今的“玫瑰牌”恒利酱油。 长久以来,恒利酱园一直坚持精选上等原料,运用古法、传统、天然晒制的酿造过程来配制酱料。因为我们相信只有“传统方法”酝酿才能生产出“传统产品”。 因此我们对于产品的质量严格管控,在筛选大豆过程时我们只选择质量最好以及养分比例更高的大豆,因此我们始终能够提供质纯、味美、营养丰富以及十足古早味的酱料。半世纪的执著,其品质越加精进,味道更加香醇和卫生可靠。 此外,我们除了致力於生产技术和设备的提升外,也为了满足广大餐厅和家庭烹饪需求,推出了将近50款“玫瑰牌”酱料和调味料, 我们在生产过程的每个环节都严格遵守,以确保达到最佳品质和卫生条件。为此自2001年,我们取得清真食品认证也通过大马卫生部的检验和批准,完全符合国家食品标准。 优质唯美,卫生安全的“玫瑰牌”恒利酱园酱料,不单在大马热销,也外销至新加坡,文莱和印尼等邻国皆一样大受欢迎。至今已推向国际,坚持古法、时时创新、永继发展、回馈社会是恒利酱园回报群众所秉持的原则。 Mengenai Kami   Heng Lee Sauce Sdn Bhd telah ditubuhkan pada tahun 1971 dan terletak di tempat yang strategik iaitu di tengah-tengah bandar Pulau Pinang.   Heng Lee Sauce diasaskan oleh Encik Boey Lee Weng pada usia seawal 21 tahun. Beliau menjual kicap hanya dengan mengayuh basikalnya; masyarakat sekitar akan membawa botol kaca mereka sendiri untuk mengisi kicap. Dengan usaha dan kerja keras Encik Boey Lee Weng dan isteri serta bekerja siang malam, perniagaan ini semakin berkembang…..   Populariti & peningkatan permintaan telah membawa kepada perumusan sos-sos lain selain kicap dan dengan itu ''Rose Brand'' dilahirkan.   Kami mematuhi penapaian semulajadi tradisional yang dibancuh menggunakan bahan semulajadi yang terbaik kerana kami percaya bahawa hanya ''kaedah tradisional'' boleh menghasilkan ''produk tradisional''.   Dengan ketegasan kami dalam memastikan kualiti produk, kami sangat berhati-hati dalam proses pemilihan kacang, hanya kualiti terbaik akan dipilih dan dengan menggunakan proporsi kacang soya yang lebih tinggi dalam proses membancuh, kami berjaya mendapatkan aroma soya yang wangi serta mempunyai rasa dan bau terbaik.   Selain itu, kami menggunakan pematuhan yang ketat dalam setiap peringkat proses pembuatan untuk memastikan kualiti produk terbaik dan keadaan pembuatan yang bersih dicapai. Dengan komitmen kami sepanjang masa, kami telah mendapat sijil pengiktirafan daripada jabatan kerajaan iaitu Sijil HALAL dan MeSTI. Kami memperoleh Pensijilan HALAL pada tahun 2001 daripada pihak berkuasa  Jabatan Agama Islam dan semua produk yang dikeluarkan juga telah duji dan diluluskan oleh Kementerian Kesihatan.   “Rose Brand” telah menjadi simbolik kualiti kicap yang dipercayai di seluruh pulau hingga ke seluruh Malaysia, dan perniagaan itu kemudiannya berkembang ke negara jiran iaitu Singapura, Brunei dan Indonesia; dan kami sentiasa meneruskan pengembangan.   Untuk memenuhi keperluan memasak, kami menyediakan pelbagai sos dan perasa yang paling banyak permintaan untuk digunakan di dapur dan rumah.
